Details of the Case:

The perpetrator, the son of a renowned Spanish actor and the grandson of a legendary Spanish star committed the heinous act on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. The defendant meticulously planned the murder of a Colombian surgeon, procuring the necessary tools and equipment in advance of the victim’s arrival.

Upon the Colombian surgeon’s arrival, the defendant lured the victim to his residence and carried out the murder. Subsequently, the defendant dismembered the victim’s body into approximately 17 pieces and disposed of them in various locations on Koh Phangan, including a landfill and Salad Beach. The gruesome discovery of the body parts at a landfill led to worldwide media attention and international outrage.

The defendant, who had access to top-tier legal representation both domestically and internationally, including family lawyers and representatives from the Spanish Embassy, mounted a vigorous defense. Numerous expert witnesses from foreign countries were called to testify on his behalf. We and the prosecution, worked tirelessly to present a compelling case against the defendant. Over 50 witnesses testified during the month-long trial.

We successfully argued our case before the court that the defendant had meticulously planned the murder and subsequent cover-up.
